Directions:
Suggested usage: Hot Tip 1: Blend with milk (regular or low fat) instead of water to get a creamier, higher calorie, higher protein shake. Hot Tip 2: Try a serve sprinkled over your cereal in the morning for a higher calorie start to your day! Take 2 to 4 serves per day at any time, with one serve within 20 minutes of exercise.
Shaken: Add one serve of Raiseys NZ Magmass to a shaker with 300 to 400ml of water, milk or your preferred beverage. Shake it until the powder is completely dissolved.
Blended: Add one serve of Raiseys NZ Magmass to a blender with 300 to 400 ml water, low fat milk or your preferred beverage. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds. Like it chilled? Add some ice cubes and blend for a bit longer.
