12g DETONATE + 360ml to 400ml of water
 
Suggested usage:
Mix up to one scoop (12g) DETONATE into 360ml to 400ml of water in your drink bottle. Drink 15 minutes before you train. Halve the dosage for a less intense effect. Do not exceed 2 serves per day. Do not consume less than three hours before sleep.
