Here are two ways of adding Raiseys Original Creatine Monohydrate to your workout programme.
Take up to 5g or 1 teaspoon of BUILD Creatine Monohydrate 4 times daily for 5 days as a loading phase.
Take up to 5 grams once per day for 3 weeks to maintain creatine levels then have at least 1 week without taking BUILD Creatine Monohydrate. Repeat cycle.

Take 15-25g BUILD Creatine Monohydrate in up to 5g doses (depending on bodyweight) for 3 days then have 3 days without. Repeat cycle. Your daily dosage of BUILD Creatine Monohydrate will depend on your own body weight. Take 0.30g for every 1kg of body weight.
